A graduate of Mariemont for the class of 1973, James Monroe was honored as one of the three distinguished alumni on the Friday of the school’s homecoming football game. After graduating Mariemont, Monroe went on to study political science at Tulane University. Since his college days, he has built multiple businesses from the ground up, involving anything from the electric business to resort real estate. I had the humbling experience to sit down with the alumn and discuss his thoughts on Mariemont and the impact it has had on his current life, as well as going into the details of the average day for the Executive Chairman and CEO of Globalstar.
