The question “‘Mo Bamba” or “Sicko Mode’?” has stirred since the new year. To give brief background: “Mo Bamba” by Sheck Wes was released in June 2017 and “Sicko Mode” by Travis Scott was released in August 2018. “Mo Bamba” gained popularity through word of mouth and went viral by summer 2018. “Sicko Mode” gained popularity after the release of Scott’s third studio album, Astroworld. Warpath went around the high school to find out what teachers preferred.
