What to Know:
- NHS is having a Warm Hands Warm Hearts drive this week. To participate, bring gently used/new coats, gloves, hats and anything else used to keep warm, to your 6th bell class. The class with the most will win a provided lunch of Canes.
- Football Coach, Mr.Commins, decided to step down from his 7-year position as head coach.

WCPO article about Mr. Commins’s decision to step down due to him wanting to spend time with his family. - Students and teachers came back from Thanksgiving break. There are three more weeks of school before Winter break, including a week for exams (exam schedule)
- The basketball season is in full swing. The boys beat Seven Hills (55-51) on Saturday, Nov. 30 and the Girls lost to McNicholas (43-47) on Nov. 25.
- Basketball games this week:
Girls play New Richmond at home, Monday, Dec. 2, at 7:30 pm, Taylor at home, Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 7:30 pm, and Wyoming at Wyoming high school, Saturday, Dec. 6, at 1:30 pm.
Boys play Ross High School at Ross High School, Tuesday, Dec. 3, at 7:30 pm and Taylor at Taylor High School, Friday, Dec. 6, at 7:30 p.m. - MHS Winter concert is Thursday, Dec. 5 at 7 pm
- Both boys and girls bowling teams are playing Reading on Monday, Dec. 2 at 3:30 pm at Crossgate lanes
- Clubs:
- Tuesday, Dec. 3: FCA meeting before school in the auditorium, Law Career Chat during warrior bell, Art club meeting during warrior bell, Elementary school tutoring after school at Mariemont Elementary
- Friday, Dec. 6: Book club before school in the cafeteria (discussing this quarter’s book, 1984), PRIDE+ during lunch in the auditorium
